神经阻滞联合小针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Nerve Blocking Combined with Small Needle Knife in Treatment of Cervicalspondylotic Radiculopathy

目的探讨神经阻滞联合小针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法整群选取该院2013年1月—2014年12月间收治的76例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组38例,给予对照组患者采用穴位注射治疗,给予观察组患者采用神经阻滞联合小针刀治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者在治疗后,观察组患者的颈椎功能评分和治疗的总有效率为92.1%,对照组患者为73.7%,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在神经根型颈椎病采用神经阻滞联合小针刀治疗,能够有效的改善颈椎功能,具有较好的临床疗效,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of nerve blocking combined with small needle knife in treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 76 cases of patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each, the control group were given injectio ad acumen treatment, the observation group were given nerve blocking combined with small needle knife treatment, the clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results After treatment, the difference in the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant （92.1% vs 73.7%） P〈0.05. Conclusion Nerve blocking combined with small needle knife in treatment of cervicalspondylotic radicu- lopathy can effectively improve the cervical vertebral function and has a better curative effect, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
