摘要
目的探讨脉血康胶囊治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法整群选取2012年10月—2015年1月医院收治的脑梗死患者212例,随机分成两组各106例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组加服脉血康胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应。结果观察组有效率为89.6%,无不良反应发生,对照组有效率为64.2%,不良反应发生率为8.5%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脉血康胶囊治疗脑梗死的临床疗效显著,值得在观临床上推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of Maixuekang capsule in treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 212 cases of patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from October 2012 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 106 cases in each, the control group were given conventional treatment, the observation group were treated with Maixuekang capsule, the treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate and incidence of adverse reaction were respectively 89.6% and 0 in the observa- tion group and 64.2% and 8.5% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant by comparison （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Maixuekang capsule in treatment of cerebral infarction has an obvious clinical curative effect and it is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
