卡维地洛对老年高血压伴心衰患者的疗效研究

Analysis of Curative Effect of Carvedilol in Treatment of Patients with Elderly Hypertension with Heart Failure

目的对卡维地洛在老年高血压伴随心力衰竭患者治疗中的安全性以及疗效进行调查。方法整群选择该院2013年2月—2015年2月间收治的92例老年高血压伴随心力衰竭患者,根据患者入院顺序以及患者自身或家属意愿,将其分为两组,一组为实验组,另一组为对照组,每组46例,对照组患者采用常规方式进行治疗,实验组患者采用卡维地洛进行治疗,调查两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果实验组血压改善效果显著的30例,有效的12例,总有效率为91.3%;对照组血压改善效果显著的18例,有效的10例,总有效率为60.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,实验组患者心功能明显改善的14例,改善的8例,改善率为95.7%;对照组患者心功能改善明显的12例,改善的14例,改善率为56.6%,两组比较P<0.05,实验组有4例乏力、2例轻度头晕病例,无严重不良反应发生,不良反应发生率为13.0%。结论卡维地洛在高龄高血压伴随心力衰竭患者中的治疗效果比较理想,且安全性较高。

Objective To survey the security and curative effect of carvedilol in treatment of patients with elderly hypertension with heart failure. Methods 92 eases of patients with elderly hypertension with heart failure treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 46 cases in each according to the or- der of admission and the will of patients themselves or their families, the control group were treated with conventional method, the experimental group were treated with carvedilol, the treatment effect and incidence of adverse reaction of the two groups were surveyed. Results The blood pressure improvement effect was obvious in 30 cases, effective in 12 cases and the total effective rate was 91.3% in the experimental group, the blood pressure improvement effect was obvious in 18 cases, effective in 10 cases and the total effective rate was 60.9% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was obvious by comparison P〈0.05,the heart function was obviously improved in 14 cases, improved in 8 cases and the improvement rate was 95.7% in the experimental group, the heart function was obviously improved in 12 cases, improved in 14 cases and the improvement rate was 56.6% in the control group, P〈0.05, 4 cases were weak, 2 cases were slight giddy, there was no severe adverse reaction and the incidence of adverse reaction was 13.0%. Conclusion Carvedilol in treatment of patients with elderly hypertension with heart failure has an ideal effect and high security.
