摘要
目的探讨丁苯酞氯化钠注射液对急性脑梗死是否有效。方法整群选取2015年1—7月来该院进行诊治的急性脑梗死患者194例,分为观察组和对照组,每组分别为97例。对照组患者采取常规治疗,观察组患者常规治疗基础上加用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液。观察并比较观察组和对照组患者治疗前及治疗后14 d、28 d评定神经功能缺损分数情况和临床疗效的对比。结果观察组患者痊愈26例,对照组患者痊愈12例;观察组患者显效36例、对照组患者显效30例;观察组患者有效26例、对照组患者有效24例;观察组患者无效9例、对照组患者无效31例;观察组的治疗效果(总有效率为90.72%)明显比对照组(总有效率为68.04%),所以观察组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组。观察组治疗后14、28 d的NIHSS评分与治疗前相比明显降低(P<0.05)。结论使用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效良好,安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective To study whether butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection in treatment of 97 cases with acute cerebral infarction is effective or not. Methods 194 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 97 cases in each, the control group were giver, conventional treatment, the observation group were given additional butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection on the basis of the conventional treatment, the nerve function defect score and clinical curative effect of the two groups before treatment and in 14 days and 28 days after treatment were observed and compared. Results In the observation group, 26 cases were cured, 36 cases were markedly effective, 26 cases were effective, 9 cases were ineffective, in the control group, 12 cases were cured, 30 cases were markedly effective, 24 cases were effective, 31 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, (90.72% vs 68.04%), the clinical curative effect in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group, the NIHSS scores in 14 day and 28 day after treatment in the observation group were obviously decreased compared with those before treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection in treatment of with acute cerebral infarction has a good curative effect and high security, which is worth promoting in clinic.
