开腹胆管镜探查术中手术室全期护理模式的探讨

Significant Effect of Whole-period Nursing Mode Applied to Open Choledo-choscope Exploratory Surgery in Operating Room

目的探讨开腹胆管镜探查术中手术室全期护理模式。方法整群选取该院2014年10月—2015年8月期间收治的76例行开腹胆管镜探查术患者,随机将患者分为观察组(38例)和对照组(38例)。对照组擦用常规护理,观察组采用全期护理,观察、比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、术后3 d总胆红素、血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)以及术后离床活动时间等指标变化情况,并分析患者护理满意度。结果两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、术后3 d总胆红素及ALT等指标比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;观察组患者术后下床活动时间明显短语对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论手术室全期护理模式应用于开腹胆管镜探查术中能够有效改善手术效果,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the significant effect of whole-period nursing mode applied to open choledochoscope exploratory surgery in operating room. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 76 cases with open choledochoscope exploratory surgery admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to August 2015. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group （38 cases） and the control group （38 cases）. The control group were given the conventional nursing, while the observation group were given the whole-period nursing. And the operative time, intraoperarive blood loss, incision length, change of the total bilirubin, serum alanine aminotransferase （ALT） 3d after surgery and postoperative ambulation time of the two groups were observed and compared. And the patient satisfaction of the groups was analyzed. Results The differences in the operative time, intraoperative blood loss, incision length, values of total bilirubin, ALT and other indicators 3d after surgery between the two groups were not statistically significant, P〉0.05. The ambulation time in the observation group was much earlier than that in the control group, P〈0.05. The observation group had higher pa- tient satisfaction than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Whole-period nursing mode applied to open choledochoscope exploratory surgery in operating room can effectively improve the surgical results and nursing satisfaction.
