推拿手法治疗肩峰下撞击综合征的临床效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨推拿手法治疗肩峰下撞击综合征的临床效果。方法整群2011年3月—2015年3月医院收治的174例肩峰下撞击综合征患者为研究对象,随机分成两组,观察组87例给予推拿手法治疗,对照组87例给予保守治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果和VAS评分。结果观察组有效率93.1%,对照组有效率71.3%,观察组治疗后VAS评分(0.68±0.17)分优于对照组(1.57±0.24)分,两组患者的治疗效果和VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论推拿手法治疗肩峰下撞击综合征效果满意,值得在临床上大力推广应用。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of manipulation maneuver in treatment of subacromial impingement syndrome. Methods 174 cases of patients with subacromial impingement syndrome treated in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 87 cases in each, the observation group were given manipulation maneuver treatment, the control group were given traditional treatment, and the treatment effect and VAS score of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate was 93.1% in the observation group and 71.3% in the control group, the VAS score after treatment was better than that in the control group (0.68±0.17)marks vs (1.57±0.24)marks, the differences in the treatment effect and VAS score between the two groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Manipu- lation maneuver in treatment of subacromial impingement syndrome has a satisfactory effect, which is worthy of great pro- motion and application in clinic.
