三位一体疗法治疗肩周炎的疗效探讨

Curative Effect Observation on Trinity Therapy for Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的探讨三位一体疗法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法整群收集自2013年2月—2014年1月在该院治疗的肩周炎患者110例,将其随机分成治疗组55例,对照组55例,治疗组给予三位一体疗法,即推拿手法、中药溻渍、TDP照射治疗相结合治疗,对照组给予中药溻渍联合TDP照射治疗,治疗后给予同样方法的功能锻炼,观察2组治疗后的肩部疼痛、肩关节活动情况。结果治疗组55例中,治愈31例,好转22例,无效2例,总有效率96.36%;对照组55例中,治愈23例,好转21例,无效11例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组与对照组对肩周炎的治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三位一体疗法对治疗肩周炎有显著疗效。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of trinity therapy for periarthritis of shoulder. Methods 110 cases of patients with periarthritis of shoulder treated in our hospital from February 2013 to January 2014 were collected and randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each, the therapy group were given trinity therapy, namely the combination therapy of manipulation maneuver, Chinese medicine Tazi and TDP irradiation, the control group were given Chinese medicine Tazi combined with TDP irradiation therapy, after therapy, the two groups were given functional exercise of the same method, the shoulder pain and shoulder joint activity of the two groups after therapy were observed. Results In the therapy group, 31 cases were cured, 22 cases were improved, 2 cases were invalid and the total effective rate was 96.36%; in the control group,23 cases were cured, 21 cases were improved, 11 cases were invalid and the total effective rate was 80.00%, the difference in the treatment effect between the two groups was obvious （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trinity therapy for periarthritis of shoulder has an obvious curative effect.
