炙甘草汤加味颗粒剂治疗心阳不足型病毒性心肌炎的临床探讨

Clinical Observation on Zhigancao Decoction Granules in Treatment of Heart Yang Deficiency Viral Myocarditis

目的该研究旨在通过观察炙甘草汤加味颗粒剂治疗心阳不足型病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。探讨炙甘草汤加味颗粒剂治疗病毒性心肌炎的作用机制及原理。以其为治疗心阳不足型病毒性心肌炎提供参考价值。方法入选病例为该院门诊及住院的病毒性心肌炎患者60例,随机双盲分为两组,即对照组与治疗组,各30例,治疗组给予炙甘草汤加味颗粒剂口服,对照组静点黄芪注射液,疗程为3周。结果两组药物均能改善病人的心悸、胸闷、气短、乏力、头晕、纳差症状。综合比较,临床症状疗效方面,治疗组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炙甘草汤加味颗粒剂是治疗心阳不足型病毒性心肌炎的有效方。炙甘草汤加味颗粒剂能显著改善病毒性心肌炎病人的临床症状,治疗效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect , action mechanism and principle of zhigancao decoction gran- ules in treatment of heart yang deficiency viral myocarditis in order to provide preference for the treatment of heart yang deficiency viral myocarditis. Methods 60 cases of patients with viral myocarditis treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the treatment group were given zhigancao decoction granules oral, the control group were given static point astragalus injection, and the course of treatment of both groups was three weeks. Results Two groups of medicine can improve the symptoms of heart palpitations, chest tightness, shortness of breath, fa- tigue, dizziness and anorexia in patients, the clinical curative effect in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Zhigancao decoction granules is an effective method of treating heart yang deficiency viral myocarditis, which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with viral myocarditis and has an obvious treatment effect.
