载银纳米二氧化钛改善软衬材料抗菌性及长效性实验研究

摘要 目的研究载银纳米二氧化钛义齿软衬材料对白色念珠菌的抗菌性及长效性。方法制备含栽银纳米二氧化钛2%的义齿软衬材料试件,分为不做处理的对照组(B纽)、37℃水浴组(C组)、紫外线照射组(D组)及联合处理组(E组)。体外培养白色念殊菌株于各组试件上,计算各组抗菌率并进行对比。结果4组抗菌率分别为92.3%,6513%,56.9%,59.0%。结论含载银纳米二氧化钛2%的义齿软衬试件对白色念珠菌的抗菌性具有持久性。 Objective To study the antibacterial activity and prolonged effects of denture soft lining material containing Ag-em- bedded-TiO2.nethods The antimicrobial denture soft lining material with the antimicrobial agent at concentration of 2% were prepared.Then the samples were divided into 4 groups positive control group.Then the inhibition ratios of the 4 groups against Candida albicans were tested.Results The inhibition ratios of the 4 groups against Candida albicans were 92.3%,65.3%,56.9%, 59.0% in turn.Conclusion The antimicrobial denture soft lining material with the antimicrobial agent at concentration of 2% against Candida albicans is durable.
