左氧氟沙星滴眼液与负压置换法治疗小儿鼻窦炎34例疗效及护理

目的探讨左氧氟沙星滴眼液与负压置换法治疗小儿鼻窦炎的临床疗效与护理。方法选取2013年8月至2014年10月收治的小儿鼻窦炎患儿68例，随机分成对照纽和治疗组，各34例。对照组采用庆大霉素配合负压置换法，治疗组采用左氧氟沙星配合负压置换法，两组均配合有效护理。结果治疗组总有效率为97．06％，对照组总有效率为79．41％，差异显著（χ2=5．100，P=0．024）。结论左氧氟沙星滴眼液与负压置换法治疗小儿鼻窦炎，并配合有效的护理措施，能显著改善患儿的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect and nursing of levofloxacin eye drops and negative pressure displacement method in the treatment of pediatric chronic rhinosinusitis.nethods To choose between August 2013 and October 2013 of our hospital pediatric sinusitis in children with 68 cases as the research object,all children were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group with 34 cases,control group by gentamicin and negative pressure displacement method,the treatment group by levofloxacin and negative pressure displacement method,both groups with effective nursing.Results The total of effective rate of the treatment was 97.06% ,the control group was 79.41% ,therapeutic effect compared with significant difference between groups （χ=5.100,P=5.100）.Conclusion Pediatric sinusitis treated by levofloxacin eye drops and negative pressure displacement method,and with the effective nursing measures to cooperate ,can significantly improve the patient＇s clinical curative effect.
