痰热清注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果研究

目的研究痰热清注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法选择2014年5月至2015年5月医院就诊的40例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的患者作为研究对象，将其随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者采用常规的治疗方法；观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予痰热清注射液进行治疗。结果观察纽中患者的pH，PaO2以及PaCO2改善效果明显好于对照组，且总有效率为95．00％，高于对照组的75．00％（P〈0．05）。结论痰热清注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭，具有较好的疗效。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure.Methods from May 2014 to May 2015,40 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment;patients in the observation group on the basis of routine treatment,giving Tanreqing injection treatment.Observation of therapeutic effect and blood gas analysis.Results The pH value,PaO2 and PaCO2 in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was 95.00%,higher than 75.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Tanreqing injection has good therapeutic effect for the treat- ment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with respiratory failure.
