痰热清注射液联合头孢菌素治疗老年慢性支气管炎临床观察

目的探讨痰热清注射液联合头孢菌素在老年慢性支气管炎治疗中的临床效果。方法选取医院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的慢性支气管炎患者100例，随机分为两组，对照组采用头孢菌素治疗，观察组则采用痰热清注射液及头孢菌素治疗。结果对照组治疗总有效率为84．00％，观察组为98．00％；对照组无效率为16．00％，观察组为2．00％。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论痰热清注射液联合头孢菌素治疗老年慢性支气管炎，可有效减少不良反应发生，有显著疗效，具有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection and cephalosporin in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Chronic bronchitis patients.Methods Select the hospital in January 2014 to 2015 - January 100 cases as research object,randomly divided to two groups,namely control group and observation group,control group were treated with cephalosporin,observation group is used Tanreqing injection and cephalosporin treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results The total effective rate was 84.00% in the control group,the observation group was 98.00%,the control group was 16.00%,the observation group was 2.00%,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Tanreqing injection and cephalosporins for treatment in aged patients with chronic bronchitis,can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, have a significant effect,with clinical value.
