丙种球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙治疗重症多形红斑12例疗效观察及护理

目的观察丙种球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙冲击治疗重症多形红斑的疗效。方法对12例重症多形红斑的患者予丙种球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙冲击治疗。结果重症多形红斑患者皮肤完全愈合10例，仅2例有红斑伴色素沉着。患者平均住院治疗时间28．5d。结论对重症多形红斑患者行丙种球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙冲击治疗，能促进皮肤完全愈合，降低并发症的发生率，减少死亡率。
