辛伐他汀对体外循环心脏手术患者围术期心肌损伤和炎症因子的影响

摘要 目的观察辛伐他汀对体外循环心脏手术患者围术期心肌损伤和炎症因子的影响，了解他汀类药物除调脂外的心肌保护作用。方法选取条件相当的两组拟行体外循环心脏手术患者．随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组使用辛伐他汀预处理5d，分别于术前、术毕、术后6，24，48h监测心肌肌钙蛋白（cTnI）、肌酸激酶同工酶（CK—MB）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）等心肌损伤指标和炎症指标的水平，分析两组的指标是否有显著性差异，从而观察辛伐他汀时体外循环心脏手术患者围手术期心肌损伤和炎症因子的影响，了解他汀类药物除调脂外的心肌保护作用。结果试验组和对照组之间的指标有显著性差异。结论他汀类药物除调脂外，还有心肌保护作用。
