MSCT用于结节性甲状腺肿伴腺瘤术前诊断200例

目的分析MSCT在结节性甲状腺肿伴腺瘤术前诊断中的应用价值。方法选取医院2012年4月至2015年4月行手术的结节性甲状腺肿伴腺瘤患者200例，术前对患者进行MSCT扫描检查，分析检查结果。结果病灶边缘和形状特征不明显，病灶的数目、钙化和间隔线特征较明显。病灶内强化结节的边缘与数目有助于鉴别结节性甲状腺肿伴腺瘤，而结节与病灶内缘的连接关系、结节体积与整个病灶体积之比的比较差异无显著性。结论MSCT应用在结节性甲状腺肿伴腺瘤术前诊断中的临床效果显著，有利于提高确诊率，保证手术的顺利进行，值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze MSCT in preoperative diagnosis of nodular goiter with adenoma application value.Methods From April 2013 to April 2015 underwent surgery in our hospital 200 cases of patients with adenoma with nodular goiter as the research ohject,MSCT scan was performed before surgery,analysis of test results.Results The lesions edge and shape feature is not obvious,the number of lesions,calcification and interval line feature is obvious;Lesions in the papillary strengthening nodule number of edges and help identify nodular goiter with adenoma,and wall nodule with focal point connection relationshlp,the ratio of the wall nodule volume and the tumor volume there was no significant difference of comparison.Conclusion MSCT with in nodu- lar goiter adenoma in the preoperative diagnosis of clinical effect is remarkable,is conducive to improve the diagnosis rate,ensure the smooth progress of the operation,and is worth popularizing widely.
