宫腔镜下电切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉10例

目的观察宫腔镜下电切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效。方法选择2013年7月至2014年8月医院收治的子宫内膜息肉切除术患者20例，将其随机分为2组，各10例。对照组采取常规的宫腔镜下刮匙刮除术，观察组则采用官腔镜下电切除术的手术方法，比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为90．00％，对照组为70．00％，差异有统计学意义（χ2=16．3947，P〈0．05）。结论宫腔镜下电切除术用于治疗子宫内膜息肉，能有效帮助患者早日康复，有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopic treatment of endometrial polyps resection.Methods The research object is the hospital in July 2013 to August 2013 between treatment of patients with endometrial polyps resection,a total of 20 cases. Randomly divided into 2 groups,two groups of patients,respectively,using different methods of surgical treatment. Control group take regular under hysteroscopy curet curettage,the observation group,the use of the electric resection under hys- teroscopy surgery method,comparative analysis of two groups of clinical curative effect.Results The total effective rate was 90.00% ,observing group,control group was 70.00% ,the difference was statistically significant （χ2=16.3947,P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Hysteroscopy under electric resection for the treatment of endometrial polyps,can effectively help patients recover at an early date,has clinical value.
