暖箱内设置鸟巢对早产儿舒适度的影响

目的探讨暖箱内设置鸟巢对早产儿舒适度的影响。方法将早产儿60例按住院号尾数的单双数分为两组，各30例。干预组将早产儿放置在设有鸟巢的进口暖箱中，对照组早产儿置于无鸟巢的同一品牌进口暖箱中，待安静时观察两组早产儿的面部表情、呼吸心率、经皮血氧饱和度（SpO2）的变化。结果设置鸟巢的干预组早产儿面部表情、呼吸、心率、经皮血氧饱和度波动小，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论早产儿置于设有鸟巢的暖箱内可提高早产儿的舒适度。

Objective To investigate the influence of warm box set the bird＇s nest to premature comfort.Methods 60 premature in- fants patients in hospital number mantissa and odd number is divided into two groups,30 eases in each group. Premature inter- vention group be placed in a nest of warm box,import control premature babies in the same brand import warm box without the bird＇s nest,stay quiet when observing two groups of premature facial expression,heart rate,transcutaneous oxygen saturation （SpO2） changes.Results Set the bird＇s nest in the intervention group premature facial expressions,breathing,heart rate,transeutaneous oxygen saturation,small fluctuations of more similar between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Preterm infants under is equipped with the bird＇s nest warm box can improve the comfort for premature babies.
