开放性手术治疗鹿角状肾结石30例临床疗效分析

目的探讨开放性手术治疗鹿角状肾结石的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2013年1月收治并采用开放性手术治疗的鹿角状肾结石患者30例。观察患者一次性取石成功率，术后出血、血尿、感染等并发症发生情况。结果30例患者中，一次性取石成功27例，占总数的90．00％，2例术后出现出血症状，3例出现血尿，1例出现术后大出血症状。3例术后肾内有残留小结石的患者术后结石已自行排出。结论采用开放性手术可有效治疗鹿角状肾结石，值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of open operation in treatment of staghorn calculi.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2006 to 2013 January and the 30 cases of open surgery in the treatment of renal staghorn calculi were.To observe the success rate of stone removal,postoperative bleeding,hematuria,infection and other complications.Re- suits A total of 30 cases of patients with stone success in a total of 27 cases,accounting for 90% of the total,2 patients with bleeding symptoms,3 patients with hematuria, 1 patients with postoperative bleeding symptoms.3 patients with residual stones in the kidney after surgery had been discharged.Conclusion The Open operation is effective in the treatment of staghorn calculi, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
