外来务工人员外伤后合并抑郁心理干预效果研究

目的对外来务工人员外伤后合并抑郁的患者进行针对性地心理干预并观察疗效。方法护士通过临床观察和心理测量手段，发现患者心理问题。结果与结论及时心理干预，就能较早地改变消极的认知，减轻或消除抑郁情绪，发挥患者主观能动性，有利于患者肢体功能的早期恢复，社会适应能力的改善。同时提高了外科护士对这一特殊患病群体心理问题、社会问题的关注与识别能力，掌握正确的心理干预方法，从而达到整体护理的目的。

Objective Through this research ,for migrant workers after trauma complicated with depression patients.Methods Nurses through clinical observation and psychological measurement tools found in patients with psychological problems,to take for the psychological intervention,the prognostic effect on dry subject object view of evaluation.Recults and Conclusion To observe the curative effect.Summed up the timely psychological intervention can earlier change negative cognition,reduce or eliminate the de- pression,play the subjective initiative of patients,is conducive to the restoration of limb function in patients with early,the social adaptation ability improved.At the same time,it can improve the psychological problems of the surgical nurses,the social problems and the recognition ability ,and to master the correct psychological intervention methods, so as to achieve the purpose of the whole nursing.
