临床护理路径用于慢性化脓性中耳炎患者47例

目的分析临床护理路径在慢性化脓性中耳炎患者中的应用效果及体会。方法回顾性分析94例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者的临床资料，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，各47例。对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组采用临床护理路径，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为95．74％，显著高于对照组的76．60％（P〈0．05）。观察组护理满意度为95．74％，显著高于对照组的80．85％（P〈0．05）。结论针对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者采用临床护理路径，可有效提高治疗效果，值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing path in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media, the effect and experi- ence.Methods The clinical data of 94 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rou- tine nursing, the observation group was treated with clinical nursing pathway, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.74%, the total effective rate was 76.60% in the control group, the total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.74%, the control level of nursing satisfaction was 80.85%, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media patients with clinical nursing path, can ef- fectively improve the treatment effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
