60例异位妊娠保守治疗患者的护理干预体会

目的分析异位妊娠保守治疗患者的护理干预效果及体会。方法回顾性分析120例进行保守治疗的异位妊娠患者临床资料．将其随机分为观察组与对照组，各60例。对照组采用以执行医嘱为主的传统护理方法，观察组在对照组的基础上进行综合护理干预，比较两组患者的治愈率，并对患者的心理状态进行评价。结果所有患者护理后汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分及抑郁量表（HAMD）评分均显著优于护理前，差异具统计学意义，且观察组护理干预后HAMA评分及HAMD评分显著优于对照组（P〈0．01）。观察组治愈率为96．67％，对照组治愈率为88．33％，观察组治愈率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论针对异位妊娠保守治疗患者采用综合护理干预措施，可有效改善患者的心理状态，提高治愈率．值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention in patients with ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment. Methods The clinical data of 120 cases of eetopie pregnancy treated by conservative treatment were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the traditional nursing method, the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The cure rate was compared between the two groups,and the mental state of patients was evaluated by Hamilton anxiety and depression scale.Results All patients Mter nursing,the HAMA score and HAMD score were significantly better than before,the difference was statistically significant, and the observation group after nursing intervention,the llAMA score and HAMD score were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01 ）.The cure rate of observation group was 96.67%,control group was 88.33%,the cure rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment of patients with comprehensive nursing intervention measures,can effectively improve the patient＇s mental state,improve the cure rate,worthy of clinical promotion.
