骨科门诊护理工作特征及护患沟通技巧分析

摘要 目的分析骨科门诊中护理工作的工作特征,并总结骨科护理中的护患沟通技巧。方法选择医院2015年1月至2015年5月收治的骨科患者306例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各153例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上加强护患沟通技巧。结果对照组依从性明显低于观察组,观察组满意度明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论根据骨科门诊工作的特征.掌握熟练的沟通技巧不仅能有效改进护理质量,可提高患者依从性,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,更能进一步提高患者满意度。 Objective Orthopedic clinic in job characteristics of nursing work, and analysis of orthopedic care nurse-patient communication skills for these features.Methods In our hospital in January 2015-May 2015 orthopedic patients admitted to 306 cases for the study,and were randomly divided into digital form in accordance with the control group and observation group 153 cases,153 cases in the control group for patients with routine care,observation group of patients in the nurse-patient communication on the basis of the implementation of routine nursing skills to strengthen,compared two groups of patient compliance and quality of patient satisfaction.Results In control group patient compliance observation group were significantly lower than the observation group were significantly higher patient satisfaction,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion According to a feature orthopedic clinic work,master of skilled communication skills not only can effectively improve the quality of care,improve patient compliance,ease anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,more to further improve patient satisfaction.
