改良护理早交班模式提高护理质量的研究

目的通过实施改良的护理早交班模式，改善护理早交班流程，促进护理质量的提高。方法将改良的护理早交班模式与传统的早交班模式进行对比，比较实施前后的护理质量，患者满意度，医生满意度和护士专科理论水平。结果改良的早交班杜绝了传统早交班带来的弊端，强化了医护之间的合作，保证了医护患三方的安全。结论与传统的护理早交班模式比较。改良的护理早交班更适合患者实际需要，使患者，医生，护士满意度大大提高，并保证了护理质量的不断促进．

Objective Through the implementation of improved care early shift mode,shift early to improve care processes, promote the improvement of the quality of care approach.Mehtods The improvement of nursing shift pattern early morning shift from tra- ditional patterns were compared before and after comparison of the quality of care,patient satisfaction,physician satisfaction, and nurse specialist theoretical level.Results Improved early shift to eliminate the evils of traditional early shift,and strengthen the cooperation between health care,to ensure the safety of doctors,nurses,patients tripartite.Conclusion With traditional nursing rela- tively early shift mode,improved care early shift more suitable for the actual needs of the patient,so that patients,doctors,nurses satisfaction is greatly improved,and ensure the quality of care continues to promote.
