风险管理用于临床骨外科护理工作的效果观察

目的分析骨外科临床护理中风险管理的应用与影响。方法选择医院骨外科2014年3月至12月收治的骨创伤患者120例．随机分为对照组和观察组，各60例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预，观察组患者在进行常规护理干预的基础上，进行风险管理，观察两组患者风险事件发生率、压疮等并发症情况，对患者满意度进行调查分析。结果观察组风险发生率明显低于对照组．观察组满意度调查明显高于对照组，观察组压疮等并发症发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论在骨外科临床护理工作中进行必要的风险管理，不仅可有效降低护理风险，更能降低患者并发症发生率，提高患者满意度，对提高科室形象，维护医患、护患关系有着显著作用，值得临床推广。

Objective By comparing the nursing, analysis of bone surgery clinical nursing risk management in the application and effect.Methods Our hospital orthopedic surgery in March 2014 at the records of 120 patients with hone trauma-December each 60 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group given routine nursing intervention,patients in observation group of patients,on the basis of conventional nursing intervention for risk management,risk events observed two groups of patients the incidence,complications such as pressure ulcers,were investigated for the patients satisfaction.Results The observation group of 60 cases of risk rates significantly lower than the control group patients ,patients satisfaction survey observa- tion group was obviously higher than that of control group,the incidence of complications such as observation group of patients with pressure ulcers is lower than the control group,data comparison with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion In orthopedic surgery clinical nursing work,make the necessary risk management not only can effectively reduce the nursing risk,can reduce the incidence of complications in patients with more,improve patient satisfaction,to improve the image department,maintain the doctor-patient relationship between nurses and patients ,has obvious effect ,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
