内分泌科中老年患者的入院护理安全隐患及有效预防

目的探讨中老年内分泌科患者的入院安全护理隐患及有效预防措施。方法选择医院2014年5月至2015年4月内分泌科收治的中老年患者90例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各45例。时照组进行常规护理管理，观察组在常规护理的基础上进行安全护理管理，分析两组患者不良安全事件发生率和患者满意度。结果对照组不良安全事件发生率明显高于观察组（P〈0．05）；观察组满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论内分泌科中老年患者在入院治疗过程中常会因各种因素导致不安全事故发生。对各种不安全护理因素进行详尽分析和总结，提出具有针对性的护理措施，不仅可以有效降低中老年患者的不安全事件发生率，更能有效提高患者的住院质量，提升患者满意度．对提升科室形象和维护护患关系有着重要的意义，值得临床推广。

Objective To study the patients with senile endocrinology hospital nursing safety hidden danger and effective prevention measures.Methods From May 2014 to April 2015 months secretion branch treated 90 cases of senile patients as the research object,and press the digital table method were randomly divided into control group and observation group 45 cases,control group 45 cases of patients with routine nursing management and observation group 45 cases of patients in the conventional nursing nursing safety management,on the basis of the analysis of two groups of patients with poor safety cents and patient satisfaction.Restilts by contrast,the control group in patients with poor safety event rate is significantly higher than the observation group patients, the comparative data of the two groups have statistical significance （P〈 0.05）;The patient＇s satisfaction observation group was obviously higher than that of control group patients, the comparative data of the two groups have statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Endocrinology may happen in the elderly patients hospitalized in unsafe accidents caused by various factors,for a variety of unsafe care factor carries on the detailed analysis and summary ,proposed targeted nursing measures can not only ef- fectively reduce the incidence of unsafe incidents of old patients and more effectively improve the quality of patients in hospital, improve patient satisfaction ,to improve the image of the department and maintain the relationship between nurses and patients has important significance,is worth clinical application.
