摘要
某型向心关节轴承在安装完成后,不能按照使用要求手动自由转动。针对该问题,该文对轴承的结构形式和使用要求进行了研究,并利用有限元法建立了轴承的三维分析模型。结果表明,轴承内圈安装了较大过盈量的衬套,导致轴承内圈向外扩张,轴承径向游隙减小而转动困难。该文通过有限元分析和理论计算,分析了过盈配合对轴承径向游隙的影响,并对结构形式进行了优化设计。
After the installation, a certain type of spherical plain bearing cannot manually rotate freely in accordance with the requirements. To solve this problem, the structure and use requirements of the bearing were studied, and a three-dimensional model was established by finite element method. The results show that a bush with large interference is mounted on the inner ring of the bearing, resulting in outward expansion of the inner ring. Then the radial clearance of the bearing decreases, and the rotation becomes difficult. By finite element analysis and theoretical calculations, the impact of interference fit on radial clearance of the bearing is analyzed,and the structural formof the bearing has been optimized.
