社区教育专职教师内隐学习现状研究——以上海市松江区为例

摘要 内隐学习是一种区别于外显学习的学习过程,能在无意识的情况下自发进行,内隐学习在社区教育专职教师专业化发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。文章以内隐学习理论为切入点,在调查上海市松江区社区教育专职教师基本情况的基础上,从学习观念、学习动机、自主学习能力以及学习环境等方面分析了松江区社区教育专职教师内隐学习的整体状况。
