欧洲化对欧盟少数族群问题之影响——以苏格兰公投为例
摘要
冷战结束以后，曾在欧洲长期被忽视的少数族群问题开始凸显出来，并威胁着欧洲地区的和平与稳定。因此，欧盟采取了一系列的措施来加强对少数族群的保护。文章通过引入“欧洲化”这一概念以及对苏格兰公投案例的分析，认为“欧洲化”在相当大的程度上改变了过去充满暴力和血腥的族群问题解决方式，取而代之的是以民主和公投的方式来解决此一问题，因此，苏格兰的公投将为之后的族群问题处理方式提供可资借鉴的案例。
