摘要
科技服务业作为生产性服务业的组成部分,在科技创新与经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文分析了河南省科技服务业存在的问题,并提出了促进河南省科技服务发展的政策建议。
As an integral part of the production services, the science and technology services play an in- creasingly important role in scientific and technological innovation and economic development. This paper ana- lyzed the problems of Henan science and technology services, and proposed policy suggestions to promote the development of science and technology services in Henan Province.
