西方发达国家城市化发展到一定阶段后出现了"逆城市化"理论和观点,而现阶段河南省城镇化发展中也出现了一些新的现象和问题,这与西方逆城市化的特征和表现具有相似性,所以西方"逆城市化"可为河南省城镇化发展进程的推进提供可借鉴的经验和教训。

Along with the promotion of the process of development of urbanization in Henan, certain new- phenomena and issues have appeared, which are greatly similar to the characteristics and demonstrations of- counter urbanization, which appeared when the urbanization in western developed countries developed to a certain stage.Therefore, the practice of western counter urbanization may provide experience and lessons for the smooth development of urbanization in Henan province.
