摘要
利用河南省67家上市公司2008-2014年的相关数据进行面板数据回归分析,考察河南省上市公司绩效的影响因素。实证结果表明,资产负债率、每股净收益、经营活动产生的现金流、第一大股东持股比例都与公司绩效正相关,而企业规模与公司绩效负相关。
The relevant data of 67 listed companies inHenan province in 2008-2014 were used for panel dataregression analysis, to examine the factors affecting the performance of listed companies inHenan province. Theempirical results show that the asset-liability ratio, net earnings per share, business activities generated cashflow and the first big shareholder holds all have positive correlation with corporate performance, but enter-prisescale has negative correlation with corporate performance.
