大冷量单转子式压缩机制冷系统管路结构设计 被引量:5

摘要 大冷量单转子式定频压缩机惯性矩大且其启停对管路冲击较大,同时机组低高电压运行频率跨度较大,进行可靠的管路系统设计难度较大。本文针对上述问题,对压缩机进行CAE分析和模态试验,分析大冷量单转子式压缩机的动力学特性;基于冲击载荷能量守恒理论和模态调整方法,进行可靠的制冷系统管路设计,并通过CAE方法进行管路系统模态验证;对机组管路系统进行样件试制,模态试验和应变试验验证结果表明,管路系统开关机和运行应变被显著改善。 For the frequency-fired rotary compressor with large cooling capacity has characteristics of large inertia moment,high impact when starting and stopping and big frequency span when operating in low-high voltage,the reliable pipe system is difficult to design.According to the issues mentioned above,the dynamic characteristics of rotary compressor with large cooling capacity are analyzed through CAE modal analysis and modal test.Based on the energy conservation theory when impact loading and the method of modal adjustment,the refrigeration pipe system is designed and verified by CAE modal analysis.The prototype of unit pipe system is made and the verification is conducted by modal test and strain test.As a result,strain condition of pipe system when start-stop and operation is improved.
