摘要
以某型机载雷达电子设备机箱为研究对象,采用Icepak热仿真软件,在通风口面积和长宽比不同的条件下,对轴流式风机的2种送风形式进行对比研究。结果表明:风机送风形式的选择依赖于机箱通风口的开口面积和结构,在通风口的结构与风机的排布方式一致的前提下,当通风口的面积小于风机的总通风面积时,宜选用抽风形式;当通风口的面积接近或等于风机的总通风面积时,2种送风形式没有明显差别;当通风口的面积大于风机的总通风面积时,宜选用吹风形式。通风口的长宽尺寸设计应尽量与风机的排布方式相适应,在通风口的长宽尺寸与风机的排布方式不一致时,从发热元件的温度均匀性角度考虑,吹风形式略好于抽风形式。
Taking an airborne radar electronic equipment cabinet as research object,two air-supply modes of axial fan are studied contrastively under different air vent areas and length & broad ratios using the thermal simulation software of Icepak.The results show that the chosen of air-supply mode is related to the intake area and structure of the cabinet’s air vent.On condition that the air vent structure is accordance with the fans arranging manner,when the air vent area is smaller than the total intake area of fan,the induced draft is advised;when the air vent area is close to the total intake area of fans,each air-supply mode is similar;when the air vent area is larger than the total intake area of fan,the blowing is advised.The length & broad of air vent design should be accordance with the fan’s arranging manner.If not,the blowing is better than the induced draft from the view of temperature uniformity of thermal units.
