摘要
运用试验设计(DOE)方法对压缩机噪声问题进行研究,寻找对不同频率段及整机噪声起显著影响作用的问题零件,对问题零件进行结构改进,利用声学有限元仿真分析软件进行模拟分析与样机验证。结果表明:改善后的结构方案使压缩机噪声降低了4 dB(A)左右,达到改善品质之目的。该方法减少了试验验证次数,降低了产品优化成本。
Using design of experiment(DOE),the research on compressor’s noise is conducted.The key parts acting on noise distinctly for different frequency segments and compressor are found out,and the structure modification on faulty parts is conducted.Using acoustic FEM simulation analysis software,the model analysis and prototype verification are conducted.The results show that the compressor’s noise is reduced by about 4 dB(A)by this improved structure method,which basically achieves the quality improvement goal.This method can reduce the testing times of verifications and the optimization cost.
