In Risk Society,Beck pointed out that modern society has been surrounded by scientific and technological risks. The modern society must make a comprehensive and ethical consideration of reasonable limits of science and technology and effectively control the risk,so as to minimize or reduce the risk of science and technology,to ensure the healthy development of science,technology and society in the expected direction.
