城乡统筹背景下河南省农村职业教育发展对策研究

Research on the Countermeasure of the Rural Vocational Education under the Background of Urban-Rural Development in Henan

当前河南农村职业教育存在着办学模式单一、办学条件下降、师资力量薄弱、教育经费不足、农民工培训有待加强、缺乏制度保障等问题。发展河南农村职业教育应该从农村职业教育自身实现多元化发展、组建高素质"双师型"教师队伍、加大财政支持力度、加强农民工培训、加强立法保障等方面着手。

At present,there are many problems for rural vocational education,such as single mode for education,declining educational condition,weak teacher resources,shortage of educational funds and so on. In order to develop the rural vocational education in Henan,we should take countermeasures,like diversified development of rural vocational education,setting up a teacher team of＂double-teacher type＂,increasing financial support and strengthening the legislation.
