以不同要素分类,腐败存在以公共职位、市场和公共利益为中心的三类定义;以不同学科视角分类,腐败存在经济学、政治学、法学社会学三类定义。腐败由主体、方式、目的、结果四方面要件构成。腐败主体具有"涉公性",方式表现为违反公职操守品德,目的具有"牟利性",结果具有"损害性"。

There are many kinds of concepts of corruption,which can be classified,in accordance with essential factors,into three definitions focusing on public position,market and public interest respectively and,from the perspective of different disciplines,into three definitions concerning economics,politics and sociology respectively. The concept of corruption contains four key elements：subject,way,purpose and result. The subject of corruption is related to public position,the way shows to break public ethic,the purpose is to get benefit and the result damages public interests.
