The＂Internet Plus＂concept has changed a large number of traditional industries,and education is no exception. With the influence of the＂Internet Plus＂,education has become more dynamic. Teachers are the main force of education. What should they do to catch up with the tide of ＂Internet Plus Education＂The concept ＂Internet Plus Education＂has put forward new challenges for teachers. The present paper explores the ways of university teachers＇ professional development based on these new challenges for teachers.
