摘要
酒店管理行业的发展越来越依托于数据的分析,大数据的收集、清洗优化、挖掘及整合研究分析,给酒店的经营管理提供了巨大的帮助。本文采用Tableau作为分析工具,对酒店管理系统中的酒店预订模块、客户入住模块、客户结算模块中产生的数据进行大数据分析,准确的找出酒店经营存在的问题,使酒店管理决策者实现业务的提升。
The development of the hotel management industry increasingly relies on the big data analysis nowadays. Data collection, cleaning, optimization, mining, integration research and analysis have been a huge help to the hotel management. We use the Tableau software to analyze the big data generated in the hotel booking module, customer check module and customer billing module of the hotel management system. This would be helpful to precisely find out hotel management problems and help decision makers to achieve the business improvement.
