浅述信用平台建设与大众创业、万众创新的关系

Overview of the Relationship Between Credit Platform Construction and Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation

党中央、国务院发出了大众创业、万众创新的号召,对于推动经济结构调整、打造发展新引擎、增强发展新动力、走创新驱动发展道路具有重要意义。而对小微企业的发展扶持是推进大众创业和万众创新的重中之重。本文从信用评级与小微企业的关系、信用评级与信用平台的关系着手,描述了政府如何利用信用平台为小微企业提供服务,解决小微企业在降低融资成本、保护知识产权、规范企业经营等各方面面临的问题,推动大众创业与万众创新,促进中国经济发展。

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China （CPC） and the State Council called upon mass entrepreneurship and innovation. Mass entrepreneurship and innovation is very significant for China＇s economic structure adjustment, new engine and new power of development, and especially the road of economic growth driven by innovation. How to support the growth of small and micro enterprises is one of the most important parts of mass entrepreneurship and innovation. This paper describes the relationship between credit rating and small and micro enterprises, and also the relationship between credit rating and credit platform. This paper states how the government provides services by using credit platform for small and micro enterprises to solve their problems of financing, intellectual property and management while growth and development, and thereby promotes mass entrepreneurship and innovation, further more to boost the economic development of China.
