摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展及人们出行方式的改变,航空业的竞争也日益显现,在这样一个航空业迅猛发展的时代,作为我国首家民营的低成本航空公司,春秋航空要想继续生存与发展,就必须明确自身优势与劣势,了解外部竞争环境,寻找到适合自身的竞争战略规划。因此,本文通过SWOT对春秋航空的内外部基本情况进行分析,得出春秋航空的内部优势大于劣势,外部机会大于威胁,认为春秋航空可采取发展型战略,并提出相关发展规划建议。
With the rapid development of economy and the change of the way of travelling, the competition e- merges in the industry in such an era of rapid development of aviation industry. As China's first privately owned low-cost airlines, in order to survive and develop, Spring Airlines must clear its own advantages and disadvantages, and understand the external competition environment to find a suitable strategic planning. Therefore, the paper analyzes the internal and external basic situation of Spring Airlines by the SWOT analysis method, and concludes that the Spring Airlines' internal advantages outweigh the disadvantages, and external opportunities are greater than the threat. We think Spring Airlines may take developmental strategy, and we put forward some proposals on the planning.
