基于DEA的茶叶加工企业的经营效率分析——以江西遂川县和上犹县为例

DEA-Based Analysis of Operational Efficiency of Tea Processing Enterprises-Taking Suichuan County and Shangyou County in Jiangxi as an Example

本文运用数据包络分析方法对江西遂川县和上犹县16家茶叶加工企业进行经营效率实证分析。研究结果表明,这16家茶叶加工企业经营效率整体较好,但部分企业经营效率欠佳,规模效率和技术效率存在较大的改进空间;规模问题成为制约企业发展的重要因素,而技术进步是茶叶加工企业改善经营效率的主要途径。同时,通过对非DEA有效决策单元在生产效率前沿面上的投影分析,提出了非DEA有效企业经营效率的改进方向和幅度,并在此基础上,为该地区茶叶加工企业改善其经营效率提出参考性的建议,以期推动该地区茶叶产业化发展。

The paper carries out an empirical study by using the data envelopment analysis （DEA） method on 16 tea producing enterprises in Suichuan County and Shangyou County in Jiangxi Province. The research results show that the operating efficiency of 16 enterprises as a whole is better, but several enterprises lag, which has great potential in improving their scale efficiency and technical efficiency. Size becomes the important factor which restricts the development of the enterprise, and technological progress is the main channel to improve management efficiency. At the same time, based on the DEA efficient decision making units in the projection on the surface of the productivity frontier analysis, the paper puts forward the non DEA effective enterprise management efficiency improvement direction and amplitude. On this basis, the paper puts forward some referential suggestions for the tea processing enterprises in the region to improve their management efficiency, in the hope of the tea industrialization in the region.
