基于安全意识重构不安全行为涌现抑制的研究

Research on restrain of unsafety behavior emergence based on safety awareness reconstruction

安全生产与和谐社会是经济发展和社会进步的重要前提。以安全生产为背景,以人、物和环境构成的行为安全系统模型为研究对象,以协同安全意识重构和不安全行为涌现抑制为研究目标,本文在行为安全综述的基础上,提出采用复杂系统理论、行为安全管理方法和物联网技术,在物和环境条件下研究个体与群体:(1)安全意识的交互关系、协同进化和平衡趋势;(2)不安全行为涌现的关键因素及其与安全意识的关系;(3)安全意识重构和不安全行为涌现抑制的管理方法与干预技术。研究意义:在理论上利用复杂系统理论探索行为安全管理的机理和规律;在实践上为我国安全生产与和谐社会的实现提供参考和依据。

Safety production and harmony society are the important prerequisites of economy development and social progress. Therefore, based on the safe production of enterprises, taking a model of behavioural safety systems constructed by human, equipment and environment as an object of the research, this paper aims at the study of the safety awareness reconstruction and the restrain of unsafety behavior emergence. After summarizing the behavior based safety, by using the complex system theory, the behavior based safety, and the technology of the internet of things, under the conditions of equipment and environment, this paper proposes to study individaul and group in （1） the interactive relations of safety awareness, coevolution and equilibrium tendency; （2） the key elements of unsafety behavior emergence and their relations with safety awareness; （3） the manage- ment method and intervention technology for the safety awareness reconstruction and the restrain of unsafety behavior emergence. The results will be significant not only theoretically for exploring the mechanism and regularity of the human behavior based safety by using the complex system theory, but also practically for providing references and reasons of the realization of our national safety production and harmony society.
