摘要
我国清朝法在官吏的录用条件、日常监督考核程序以及对官员保持品味义务等方面均有详实的规定和具体要求。我国台湾地区保持公职人员品味义务的规定过于原则,可操作性不强。为构建现代警务制度,应在参酌域外警察法先进经验的基础上,不断健全和完善我国的警察法相关制度。
In the Qing Dynasty, detailed provisions and specific requirements were specified for the employment conditions, regular supervision and evaluation procedures and taste-maintaining obligations of public officials. In Taiwan, regulations concerning the taste-keeping obligations of civil servants are too theoretical to be feasible. For the construction of a modern police system, advanced experience of foreign police law should be referred as a basis to the constant improvement and perfection of the police law system in China's Mainland.
