The Annals school,based on abandoning Frank mode in the 19 th century,had grown into the most influential school in the West in the 20 th century,and formed its own unique history mode,which advocated general view of history,used interdisciplinary research methods emphasized on understanding of the role of main historians and used narrative historiography problem historiography to replace four characteristics. These features have some enlightenment on Chinese History Education Research Methodology in integration and innovation in four areas including range of study,subjectivity of researchers,and awareness of problem and research methods.
