摘要
云计算环境为制造企业在更大范围内寻求服务资源提供了可能性,但同时也对制造任务需求与服务资源匹配带来了挑战.为了解决该问题,提出了协同价值链的概念,对协同任务和服务资源表达要素进行了分析,设计了协同价值链构建模型,研究了协同价值链任务-服务资源匹配过程及协同价值链优化方法.最后,以某船用柴油机企业关键部件的任务资源匹配及价值链优化为例,论证了协同价值链构建模型和优化方法的有效性.
The application of cloud computing makes it possible for manufacturing enterprises to seek service resources in a larger range,but at the same time,a new challenge comes when such enterprises are matching their tasks with the available service resources. In response to this problem,the paper puts forward the concept of collaborative value chain( CVC) and analyzes the elements in expressing collaborative tasks and service resources in order to construct a CVC model and conceive an optimization method. After that,the paper uses the case study of a ship diesel engine enterprise to prove the effectiveness of the model and the method.
