摘要
目的:探究大学生依恋类型与合作心理之间的关系。方法:选取福建某大学非心理学专业学生120名,采用成人依恋量表(ECR)测量依恋自我模型与依恋他人模型,并以此将被试归为安全型、焦虑型、回避型和抗拒型;采用合作与竞争人格倾向量表(CCPS)的合作人格维度测量外显合作心理;采用内隐联想测验范式(IAT),通过相容任务与不相容任务之间的差异测量内隐合作态度。结果:在内隐联想测验中,安全型、抗拒型大学生相容任务的反应时低于不相容任务(P<0.001或0.05),焦虑型和回避型大学生相容任务和不相容任务的反应时差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);依恋的他人模型得分与CCPS合作人格维度得分呈负相关(r=-0.47,P<0.01)。回归分析显示,依恋的他人模型得分对CCPS合作人格维度得分有负向预测作用(β=-0.51,P<0.001)。结论:本研究提示,安全型依恋的大学生对合作的态度更加积极和肯定,且依恋回避高的大学生合作倾向低。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between attachment and cooperation in college students. Methods: Totally 120 non-psychology major college students from a university in Fujian Province partici- pated in this research. The Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory (ECR) was used to measure the working model of self and working model of others, so that classifying the students to different attachment types-secure, dismissive, preoccupied and fearful avoidance. The cooperation subscale of Scale of Cooperation and Competition Personality (CCPS) was used to measure the explicit attitude of cooperation and the Implicit Association Test (IAT) was used to measure the implicit attitude of the cooperation by comparing the difference of reaction time between compatible discrimination and incompatible discrimination. Results: In IAT, both secure participants and fearful avoidant participants had shorter reaction times of compatible discrimination than that of incompatible discrimination (P 〈 0. 001 or 0. 05), while there were no differences in reaction time between preoccupied participants and dismissive ones (P 〉 0. 05). What's more, the scores of working model of others were negatively correlated with the scores of CCPS cooperation subscale (r = - 0. 47, P 〈 0. 01), and significantly predicted the scores of CCPS cooperation subscale (β = -0. 51, P 〈 0. 001). Conclusion: Secure college students have more positive attitude towards cooperation, and college students with high avoidance of attachment have lower tendency of cooperation.
