1876年，张培爵出生于荣昌荣隆场。身为世家子弟，张培爵从小就表现出天资聪颖的一面，23岁即中秀才。父母见他是读书的料，按世俗规矩也让张培爵出去游学，开阔一下眼界。
Zhang Peijue was born in Rongchang of Chongqing.He took part in Xinhai Revolution of 1911.He was not only a scholar but also a governor.
