摘要
从绿色建筑的内涵辨析出发,指出绿色建筑不仅需要创造节能宜居的生存环境、实现可持续发展,还需要富有人文理念的营建具有地域特色的空间场所。结合昆明招商·海公馆小学设计竞赛,在可操作层面上探索体现生态和人文双重价值的绿色建筑技术措施。
Based on the conceptual definition, the issues in green building design progress, are not only to ensure sustainable requirement and create comfort existing environment, but also to reflect humanistic idea and build regional space. Through the design proposal of CMP-Seaside Mansion elementary school in Kunming, the technological measures are introduced to totally realize the ecological and humanistic values of green architecture.
