摘要
自移式破碎站底架梁和支撑结构是支撑板式输送机、受料斗和破碎机的的重要结构,作业过程中,底架梁和支撑结构承受较大的动态冲击载荷。通过采用多体动力学软件Recurdyn、有限元分析软件ANSYS和Hypermesh,建立了自移式破碎站底架梁和支撑结构柔性化的刚柔耦合模型,对两种典型工况进行仿真分析,得到底架梁和支撑结构的关键点的应变和应力的实时变化曲线,对其结构设计和强度校核提供理论指导。
The under-frame and support structure of the self-shift crusher station are the important structures,which supporting the slat conveyor,receiving hopper and crusher.In Operation process,they bear greater dynamic impact loads.In this paper,by using multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn and finite element analysis softwares ANSYS and Hypermesh,the rigid-flexible coupled model of the self-shift crusher station that its under-frame and support structure are flexible is established.Through the simulation analysis of two typical working conditions,the stress and strain real-time curves of the key nodes of the under-frame and support structure are obtained,providing theoretical guidance and strength check for the structures.
